Sky Island AI LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the website at www.skyislandai.com and a public demo line (voice and SMS) for our Virtual Case Manager (VCM) product.
What We Collect
- Website visitors: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect usage data including pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. To learn more about how Google collects and processes data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
- Demo callers: Phone number, voice call transcripts, SMS messages, and call metadata (time, duration). If you share your name or location during the demo, we store that as well. We use AI to generate summaries and analysis from your conversations, which are also stored. We do not store call recordings, although our telephony and speech-to-text providers process audio as needed to deliver the service.
How We Use It
We use this data to operate and improve the demo experience, to provide messaging and related services where applicable, and to develop our product. We do not sell your personal information.
Service Providers
We use third-party providers (cloud hosting, telephony, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, analytics, and AI large language models) to operate our services. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver their services to us. When you use our website, third parties such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.
SMS Messaging
If you enroll in our case management program, we may send you SMS messages including call summaries, reminders, status updates, and follow-up check-ins. We do not sell or share text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal information, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Do Not Track
We do not change our data collection or usage practices in response to Do Not Track browser signals.
About the Demo
Our public demo is for evaluation and role-play only. Please use a fictional scenario and do not share real personal or medical information. The demo is not a HIPAA-covered service. HIPAA-compliant deployments are available to healthcare customers under separate agreement.
Data Retention
We retain demo data and messaging program data for product development and service delivery purposes and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
